On this mini retreat you will  be introduced to a variety of Restorative Yoga postures. Time will be spent to establish poses, utilising yoga props to ensure effective positioning and comfort. You will then spend some time in each position to experience the therapeutic effects, before coming into breathing practices that help strengthen your vital energy.  The evening will finish with an hour long guided Yoga Nidra .  Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice that induces a complete state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  It is a powerful practice for deep meditative self-inquiry, relaxation and healing. One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be the equivalent of 4 hours of normal sleep.
